The shop, www.sbys.pl is an online shop, concentrating on sales of shoes and accessories using online services.

Any information displayed on this website is not covered by the civil code, they are only a trade information.

Orders can be placed online 24h a day. Every order is directly made along with acceptance of the description of an item and is understood as buying agreement. All orders are placed in Polish.

The prices (including VAT) of all product are shown on website, www.sbys.pl, and they are displayed in Polish Złotych and they do not include delivery costs.

Data protection obligates to the seller, according to act from 29 August 1997.

The seller makes their best efforts to organize the actual stock with the amount shown on website. However, when the order cannot be proceeded, the seller will contact the buyer immediately and a payment will be paid back, if the buyer made such a payment.

All products that are available at www.sbys.pl are new.

Products available online at www.sbys.pl, is a database of all products available in all locations owned by sbys. The seller wants all customers to be aware that all products are also on sale on other facilities owned by sbys. Therefore, careful checks of the availability of the products before confirming the order.

Orders made online on www.sbys.pl, can also be made by filling a form, which is available to print from the website.

In order to make a purchase you must provide accurate contact details, which are necessary to complete the order (name, address, telephone number, email).

The buyer must provide valid and completed data.

One of the conditions of purchase is that a form is filled accurately and is available online.

The seller reserves the right to not process the order shen:

Realisation of orders/shipping

There are two types of orders: 
Simple orders- when all ordered goods are based in the same locations. 
Complex orders- when all goods are in different locations 
Simple orders- these orders usually take 1-2 days to be processed. This time consists of preparing the product by the seller and time taken by the courier to deliver. Usually, the orders placed until 14:00 on weekdays are proceeded on the same day.

Complex orders- the goods are coming from 4 different locations and waiting time can be extended up to 7 working days. When time expenditure is necessary, the seller will inform the buyer. The buyer then has an option of cancellation of the purchase if this causes any inconvenience. If the buyer has already made a payment for orders, the seller will return the money in 7 days, according to the buyers form of payment.

On the shop’s website there are following payment options: credit card payment and money transfer by the Settlement Centre: PayPal and PayU. When using PayPal and PayU services, the following cards are accepted: VISA and MasterCard. All details are security protected. (SSL 128)

All packages are sent using the services of InPost. The price of delivery in Poland is 10 PLN when paying with PayU or PayPal, and 13 PLN when paying the courier - no matter how many pair were ordered.

COMPLAINTS:

The seller considers complaints according to the rules of Act of 23.04.1964 of the Civil Code and is to be held responsible for the product not being up to par with the contract in case of it being determined within two years of the product having been sold to the customer.

In the case of a justified complaint, the damaged good will be repaired or exchanged for another, of the equal value. If it is not possible to exchange the good (eg. lack of stock), the seller will offer an exchange for an alternative product available at the store or will return all delivery costs incurred by the buyer.

The seller will address in written form, each complaint withing 14 days from the date of receiving the questioned good with the given request, on a given email address or telephone number (in the form of a text message).

The packaging and the means of delivery of the returned good should correspond with the features of the product. The product should be packaged properly and securely (the product should be put inside a box and wrapped around with foil and adhesive tape). Please remember to include the confirmation of purchase (receipt).

In accordance with applicable regulations of Law on Customer Rights of 30.05.2014 (Dz. U. Z 2014 nr 827) when buying online, the Customer has the right to return a purchase without reason within 14 days since the date of purchase.

If the Customer requested a VAT invoice, he is therefore not eligible for this service.

Any footwear exchange for a different size, will be sent to the Customer at the expense of the Seller.

Any fees applicable for exchanging a product, by reasons for which the Seller is responsible, will be be carried out by the Seller.

The administration of the online store is run from a stationary facility of the Seller, located in Wejherowo. Therefore contact with sbys.pl shop is only possible in opening times of the facility mentioned above:
